Trauma therapy
Trauma therapy
Trauma is not only reserved for those who experienced a shocking event. Many of us experience trauma in everyday events, recurring behaviours and experiences that catch us unexpectedly. It is thus imperative that we find a way of dealing with trauma to find peace and acceptance – without re-traumatising ourselves. Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is such a trauma therapy that deals with trauma in a manner that brings relief and acceptance. It was developed by Terence Watts (UK), under whom Johannes trained, successfully completing both Level 1 and Level 2 training.
